Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Meghan was incredibly wonderful. Moore Outdoor Living atmosphere was warm and the small business vibe was personally appreciated. Excellent experience from the first time walking through the door to installation of the spa. Meghan also provided a product and spa maintenance education session immediately after set up which was super helpful!

This was a very large purchase for my husband and me. We were nervous! But, we felt like we were in good hands with a group of knowledgeable folks. Undoubtedly, Meghan cares about her customers and helps with any questions on an ongoing basis. We are so thankful we purchased through Moore Outdoor Living and grateful for our New Caldera Paradise Martinique Salt Water Spa!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We purchased our caldera spa from Moore outdoor a few years back. I personally was not a hot tub person my wife was. After getting this caldera spa it changed my mind. So many options and massaging locations. Delivery, service and purchase was all at ease and very professional.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We love our hot tub. I don’t know why I waited so long to get one. It’s the perfect place to unplug from the chaos of the world, and just enjoy our family. Thank you for taking such great care of us!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I have shopped many different retailers in town including Aqua Living, East Coast Spa, Unique Spas, and I have had the best experience to date with Moore Outdoor Living. While there is a lot of positive press on the Bullfrog spa I found the jet pressure and performance of Caldera to surpass that system. The Moore team will allow you to do a dip test. Their delivery team including Paul is one of the best in the biz. The electrician they recommended Rick was fantastic. Casey and Meghan were very attentive and responsive to any issues that came up (unlike Aqua Living and Catalina which are terrible companies and should be avoided). They are reliable and also they are just very nice people too. Highly recommend them!
